Lea has had a natural talent designing and making clothing since childhood.Her intuitive nature, love of textiles and creating clothing that reflects a woman's feminine spirit, led her to naturally start a business of her own.
Lea creates from a vivid artistic perspective. Her collections range from casual simplicity to haute couture, incorporating luxurious silks, wools, and cottons, including the newly emerging eco-sustainable fabrics. Lea works personally and collaboratively with each client or designer, approaching fashion as a service to women. She addresses style, setting, and feeling for each design and occasion. Known for her exceptional use of color, she offers her clients a wonderful array of fabrics and textiles from around the world to create the perfect feminine look.Her experience with all body types and a woman's individual sense of style, along with her love of people, created a comfortable atmosphere for her clients. Her team of experts assures quality craftsmanship in both fit and construction.
Lea started her career with hands-on experience working with an exceptional and renowned shop called Obiko in San Francisco in the early 1980s, which was later replicated in Bergdorf Goodman in New York. She has been in the American Crafts Museum, galleries and shows internationally for her one-of-a-kind, hand-dyed and mosaiced silk clothing.
